Though Asheville and Hendersonville are just a short drive away, as you wind up the mountain through wooded forests and past sheer rocky outcroppings, you’ll start to feel life slow down. When you arrive in the clearing of Baldwin Gap, peer over the tops of Couch Mountain and Rich Mountain, take a deep breath, and watch the sunrise peek over the mountains. You’re home.

Sprout is a low density, low impact, sustainable mountain community. With just approximately 80 homesites on 375+ acres of land, over half of which has been preserved in perpetuity, Sprout is truly a place to grow. Gently sloped homesites seamlessly give way to hundreds of acres of preserved land dotted with well-maintained winding trails that make escaping into nature part of your daily routine.
